I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Jessica Williams. Living with chronic illness can feel exhausting, frustrating, and at times completely isolating but having a doctor who actually listens has made all the difference in my life. My family had a horrible time getting medications filled and appointments made. The office says up to 72 hours for a call to be returned but that isn't followed. DO is not the same thing as MD and I wish I had paid attention to that detail as MD stands for medical doctor and that is what my family needs. DO are the doctors who have a more holistic approach. We called them shaman back in the day. I would never trust a shaman with my child's health and would have never gone to her had I realized the difference.
The entire staff is wonderful, kind, courteous and skilled at what they do, the front office, the nurse and Dr. Anderson are great to deal with and conscientious.
