I visited to Dr. Kroes to follow up different issues related to pelvic chronic pain. She was always an active listening person, empathic and patient. Also she saw my problems to relax during pelvic exam and she was able to wait until I was comfortable. She was anticipating what she was doing all the time. She took her time to be careful.
