I had an appointment scheduled for noon and at 12:45 had not had anyone check the sign-in sheet or even open the window. I knocked on the window to ask to reschedule and the young lady was very timid who answered and spoke so low I couldn’t hear her. This was my first appointment so I k ew that if I had waited 45 minutes and nobody ever spoke to me that the appointment for a new patient was going to be at least two hours.
