Caring, informative, thoughtful with her suggestions and decision with the best approach to non-surgically care for my osteoarthritis of my knees. She uses ultrasound to find the joint to address. Best procedure I have had in 15 years when one doctor wanted to operated and I refused. He said you will. Well, Dr. Flynn listens and takes the least aggressive approach.
I had a follow up appointment for my knee. Agreed on the cortisone shot. Yes I did act like a child and screamed when she numbed me ! She mentioned “ a pinch” sensation!!! No !! It a needle being stuck in your knee. Anyway, I did cry and she went on to lecture me !!! Terrible bedside manners !!
Nice person, wasn't qualified in my opinion and completely misdiagnosed a shoulder injury.
