Love this place, my mother used to take me here to buy my iPods and what not when I was younger; So it made sense to go there for a phone upgrade. Got a great phone at great price and had no issues, it was pretty much "new" quality. A few months later I had an problem with the screen(which was a manufacturer issues and they got the $400 repair fully covered by Apple!). Got sent here by Apple support chat for an iPhone issue. I was confused they did that but I am so glad they did. The staff were so kind and beyond helpful. Absolute rockstars in helping me out and busting their butts to fix my phone. I’ll return here over the Apple store for future issues. THANK YOU!
Paid a whole lot, including hidden fees, for a service I'm pretty sure they knew wouldn't work. I don't often feel taken advantage of, but I did today.
Two huge thumbs down to the Apple Store and two GIGANTIC thumbs up to Mac Ave service!! After 4 months my MacBook display stopped working. The Apple Store told me I had physical damage to the screen and I needed a $600 screen repair (after looking at it for 7.2 seconds.) Tyler at Mac Ave did a THOROUGH exam and determined there was no physical damage and it was indeed a warranty covered repair.
