Good service, funny people! Cool store with lots of cool items for sale. They replace my battery with quick turnaround on my iPhone.
Competent, reasonably fast service, pleasant setting and atmosphere.
Yesterday I called MacAve needing a battery replacement for my iPhone, but I needed to leave shortly for a gig. Jackie said “how fast can you get here?” I rushed over there and the whole team mobilized to help me out: Jackie, Steve, Tyler and even his 10-month old son who provided the smiles! These guys are great. Had a macbook with liquid spilled on the keyboard. They were able to get it fixed up and working properly/like new again for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
When is the last time you called a business and had a real live person answer the phone, and that person answered all your questions, and confirmed an appointment, at your convenience? What an amazing experience, start to finish. My iPhone had been very slow to update and charge for a while. I called Mac-Ave, Apple Authorized Service Provider, and Tyler answered the phone.
