We took a mirror in to be fixed. The lady quoted us $60 so we agreed. We took it out to the guy in the workshop, who was very unfriendly and we left the mirror. When we went to pick it up the next day, they charged us $137.76. We paid less than $100 to originally purchase the mirror! They didn't even give us a courtesy call to tell us it would cost over double the estimated price so we could make a decision to move forward with it or not. Recently used Tri-city Glass and Mirror. I was remodeling a built in hutch and needed custom glass cutting to replace three glass panels and to have a custom cut glass top made for the countertop. I provided the measurements and the template. Absolutely perfect fit. Couldn't be happier and I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Rude and unprofessional owner. Not a reliable/ trustworthy company. Do yourself and favor and go somewhere else.
Nobody can tell me when my glass will be in. It has been almost a month and I keep getting told it will be picked up today or tomorrow. Completely unprofessional company.

Today has been awful. We had a neighbor break into our home through a window. Leesburg Police caught her. I called Tri-City glass and and they said they would squeeze me in. Well about an hour and half they were are the door. Thank you for your prompt and amazing service.
They are fantastic! When we moved to FL nearly every glass shelf we owned was broken in the move. They had a guy come out, do all the measurements and come back with the glass. Since then I’ve used them for all my glass needs, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I HAVE A WINDOW REPAIR THAT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED NOW THREE TIMES!!!!! SIDE NOTE: THEY ALREADY HAVE HALF OF MY MONEY Today’s appt was reschedule because the previous technician didn’t put down that they needed the big ladder for my two story house. Off course because he needed it for the other job since they only have one Big ladder. They have been trying to call the tech since 1:30pm and he has the audacity to not answer the phone. Great experience! Needed a new bathroom wall mirror. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Mirror was cut and installed ahead of schedule. Very impressed with the service we received and the mirror is exactly what we wanted!! Highly recommend!!
