This was the most unprofessional salon experience I’ve ever had. I booked a "Natural Style" with Dana Stokes, advertised as a collaborative service, but she insisted I had booked flat twists and ignored the actual description of what I was supposed to have done. I ended up choosing a flat twist style on my own with no consultation, yet was still charged the higher rate. A wonderful full service hair salon in downtown South Orange. You will experience expert hair stylists, friendly service and chic relaxing decor that will not only make you look good, but feel good as well. My go to place for all styles, cuts and color. I love it.

I have been going to LiAnna since I was 17 years old. I now am almost 61!!! LuAnna and her team are Jesse's Shear Genius are the best you can possibly get in the tri-state area. I never been here before and saw the reviews so I decided to call and make an appointment. Called a week before appointment to get my hair dyed and advised the receptionist/person who answered that I use a specific brand due to the ingredients and I asked if I can bring it with me. I also mentioned the color. She informed me that due to business policies, they couldn’t allow that, but they will order the dye that I use and it will be there when I come for my appointment.
