Bought a beautiful necklace, lasted a few months before it broke. Sent it back to be fixed/replaced. That was done in a timely manner, but within a month it was broken again. I can't see spending $60 on a necklace if it's going to keep breaking and costing me money to have fixed.
This boutique is more than just a place to shop. They know you by name, they are family! Beautiful jewelry and clothes, that you can't find anywhere else!
I feel bad leaving a one star since what I saw that they have is very nice, but the communication is horrible. I have been waiting for a refund for over a week, after waiting for a week for them to ship me an item that was NEVER shipped.

I later called your store and you all were so helpful finding the pieces that I wanted to buy and promptly shipped to me! I LOVE LOVE LOVE what I bought!
