I paid $6,900 for repairs that did not solve problems with my 2004 Mercedes S600. They broke my Command system and had the car for weeks both when they did the first repairs and when they found a replacement system. The car ran well for about 10 miles and cut off. It still randomly runs rough on start and yesterday it simply died. No power at all. 30 minutes later it worked but I had it towed to a repair shop in Largo. Jesse’s is amazing. Christine diagnosed the problem with out of the box thinking. Didn’t charge for some of diagnostics. Friendly and highly competent. Highly recommend.
This isn’t much to do with the service to my car as it is the service to myself. In fact they did a good job with my car. But I called sometime ago on a Monday to set an appointment to get my rear tires changed for new ones, and a tune up for the following Monday next week. I called and asked for this service specifically. As requested, I gave them all the information regarding my car that they needed via text message, including the exact brand and size of tire that I needed and was thanked for it as a reply. Highly recommend, they are efficient, communicate well and have fair pricing with auto repairs, have been very impressed by the overall service of the shop. Recently had oil chair, service check and replaced rear tires.
