I'm very pleased with Jesse and his shop. I had my car towed in on a Thursday and had it back by Tuesday. Jesse gave me the quote, and that's what it ended up being, no hidden costs or fees. I can't recommend Jesse's Auto enough!!
Went to Jesses to fix my fuel pump because it kept spitting out the gas after a few seconds, had to take it back TWICE for him to fix it again, now this is happening again for the THIRD time, when I called him to voice my concerns after jesse receiving payment in full and requesting my receipt he laughed over the phone and did not apologize and rudely stated, “when are you going to bring it back.” Ive never paid a mechanic in full and kept having the same problems I took my truck in for, very bad customer service, unprofessi... read more
