They told me it would be 4 days to repair one tiny dent on my passat. It is now week 6! And when I finally picked it up. They tried to charge me for work they haven't even done! These guys are dishonest! And not at all a professional repair! I see bubbles in my paint job. I highly recommend finding another body shop. Jesse's are under handed.
Finished product looks good. Too bad they told me 3-4 weeks start to finish then took 6 weeks. They did not communicate with me what was going on like they said they would. The last 2 weeks I called every 1-2 days and would be told it would be done in a couple days. Ended up paying 2 weeks of car rental at the daily rate because they kept stringing me along. They replaced the headlight housing but not the bulb and the wiring harness wasn't even in place. I would not recommend them too anyone.
