After waiting more than 2 1/2 years for an original, unused ignition key cylinder for a 1960 Corvette, Joe said to refuse the package for a full refund. USPS shows tracking 9402111899562445928319 was returned to Joe and he insists it never was. Joe refuses to follow-up with USPS to submit a claim and recover the $350 I am do. To make a long story short. I sent my vintage side mount locks to Jesser's for keys to be made. After cancelling the job because of him misrepresenting the length of time to complete the job, Mr. Jesser decided keep my rare 1930 Chrysler locks and I can no longer contact his business. I would never recommend him to anyone and if I didn't live out of state I would have sued him in small claims court.
