If I could give negative stars I would..horrible experience with dr..my husband saw him after a catastrophic accident with a semi with many severe injuries. After several failed treatments dr suggested a stimulator..trial went good but actual permanent implantation was a complete failure!! I suggest the gentleman billed as a no show contact an attorney and sue the physician and his staff for false billing practices as well as making an attempt to bill without providing a an edequate financial statement.Who signs a blank check for any procedure??Ir wol.No one should EVEWR agree to pay a billthat isn't presented with ALL NUMBERS.This Doctor is OBVIOUSLY highly unethical and I would warn ALL PATIENTS from going to a place that refuses to give you the cost of even the most benign of procedures.TYreating severe pai... read more

Nothing wrong with the physician, but either the office staff failed, or the policy/implementation failed. First I was prescribed 2 medications, neither of which were called in to the pharmacy. Three days passed and I phoned to inform them of the problem. They seemed to understand but three days later, still no prescriptions called in... I wish I would ha e found him 9 months earlier. Three visits and pain free. I talking about hardly being able to walk to being almost pain free

My neck has been hurting for over 30 years two days after a procedure with Dr Mukalel it is feeling great! I know my headaches are better from a previous procedure. He and his staff are great. They actually called and asked if I could come in 15 minutes later for an appointment and later to make sure I had enough medications to last until my next appointment.
