A few weeks ago, I had the oil changed on my Chevy Tahoe at Jesseman's Auto and scheduled an appointment for my vehicle inspection. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Tim was professional, courteous, and ensured my Tahoe was serviced and ready within an hour. The efficiency and quality of service truly stood out. Been a customer of Jesseman for many many years. Not anymore. This is long so bare with me Let me preface this by saying :They inspected my van months ago and broke the lug nut key. Fast forward a few months and the van needs brakes. Called to make an appt and was told Christmas Eve. Thought that was odd so said hey that’s Christmas Eve and was told they would be working till 12. Dropped van off night of 12/23 and put the van key in the box. 12/24 no answer on the phone so we go up at 11 to pick the van up. They are closed. ... read more
