Bought a deal on Groupon (36-point check plus change oil)...called them and made an appointment and when I came in they told me to pay an additional charge for oil (25£) and only taking cash or bank transfer...that stray away seams doggy...I told them I have a MOT soon so want to check if the car is ok..they told me it will take an hour so went quickly to town as it is not far from there...when back he told me front discs needed to be changed and some additional comments but he think car will pass MOT...and now "funny" part.... read more
Bought a service via Groupon, easily booked in via the phone, dropped my car off at the agreed time and within the hour and a half agreed he was ringing me to say it was ready. Absolutely top-class service from a genuine chap, can't fault it, thorough inspection carried out along with the service. More than happy to recommend and I'll be heading back next time for the service or any repairs in the meantime.
