Noreen is super responsive and helpful coordinating her team (YES FOLKS, here you speak to real person not a robot), and both Jason and Carlos where professional, on time and sort the issue right away! Easy 5 out 5, and honestly do not hesitate to reach out for your electrical needs, you wont be disappointed!
Had an unexpected electrical short at the house and JessElectric came through big time. Jessica answered my call and was on the case! She assured me it would be taken care of today and dispatched James Reed to our house. He showed up the same day, as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had everything safely back up and running within the hour. Super professional, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. Really appreciate the fast turnaround and solid work—definitely keeping JessElectric on speed dial!
DIDIER and his assistant were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They understood the situation immediately and quickly solved the problem with electrical outlets under our sink. They finished in record time and labeled the outlets, which, for me, was a blessing. They were very courteous and understanding. I would highly recommend Jesselectric!
