I received a cease and desist letter from Jesse Sbaih and Associates claiming I defamed his client. I concluded from the letter that either Sbaih has no idea what defamation is, or he hoped I would fold my constitutional right to free speech to legal bullying. I found the letter to be legally insufficient and this law firm to be an amateur operation. Stay away from Sbaih, You want a lawyer who is motivated by justice not money. Im an honest 30 year old from the midwest, I've had 7 cases in my life: (2 closed injury, 1 open civil, 1 closed education, 3 closed misdemeanor) this is not included in that list. Do not hire Jesse Sbaih particularly if you have a serious high stake matter. He is not capable of being timely and diligent at the same time.
