On his management side: Lacks leadership skills, unethical practices, and constantly brings up politics in the workplace. He puts his agents against each other and causes a huge divide in the office and refuses to take accountability for his lack of leadership and knowledge of training ethical practices. On his clients side: uses bad closing practices that cause constant chargebacks for his agents. He uses a "chicken close". Once Jon signs you up, he won't help with anything else. He left my husband on an expensive RX plan and when I called him on it, he said, "oops, I knew there was someone who fell through the cracks". Then I cancelled our insurance with him, filled out all of the proper forms to do so, then he failed to cancel it for us, and we had to pay 6 month's worth of premiums. And he, nor Banker's Life, would not issue us a refund. Do not use Jon Riley.
