Sister went for gel nails. Lady was late, on her phone half the time and gel nails looked sloppy. Gel polish left on skin, the orange was clearly just one coat, and worst of all chipped off the same day! I’ve had gel done many times and it should not chip off! Asked nicely for a refund as she could not return before Halloween due to baby and no sitter. Lady refused and said she could fix in ten mins.

I got gel nail polish. It all chipped off the same day. I arrived at 9:50 for my 10:00 appointment. The store was closed, and there was no one there. Jesse arrived at 10:10, so she was a bit late. During my manicure she was on her phone half the time… My nails didn’t even last for 12 hours! I asked for a refund, but she refused.
Very disappointed.
