I took my mom for a pedicure here as we had never been before. when we showed up there was booking confusion and only one staff to tackle the 2 of us, despite this, the woman working did a great job to make us both feel comfortable while she did our pedicures one at a time. When for a Pedi, using a gift certificate, and left vowing to not return. First 3 toes she worked on, cut the cuticle, causing it to bleed. Took nail polish off after a few weeks (very bad polish as well, WAY too thick) and my one toenail is so damaged! I see there is some growth since that pedi, so I’m hopeful there is no permanent damage to the nail! Sorry….would not recommend this place. I white knocked the arms of the chairs during the whole process.
