I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Charnoff at HSS for a gel shot injection, and I can't recommend him enough! From start to finish, he was incredibly gentle, kind, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and compassionate approach really made a difference. I was very pleased with Dr. Charnoff. He took his time with me, was friendly, thorough, professional, answered my questions and wasn't condescending (as some doctors can come across). He did an excellent job with the procedure that he administered: an injection for frozen shoulder; which really helped relieve my pain.
