Would never recommend Jesse Miller to anyone. He sent my husband to respiratory therapist in Hastings MN. My husband died about 1 month later. Feel both were negligent! Jesse sat in the room as my husband cried never seen my husband cry like that was a happy cry!!! What a joke sent Bob to a respiratory therapist in Hastings MN. Had his oxygen level high as it could go, knowing he had a fever. The respiratory therapist sent him home! Sick as all heck. Went into ER following morning and Bob got worse.
