Very positive start-to-finish experience. After hearing some scratching outside around the gutters, I contacted them with concern about squirrels in the attic. Their response to my initial inquiry was super prompt and they scheduled someone to be out within a couple of business days. The inspection revealed no squirrels—yet. I definitely appreciate the prompt service today for removal of a dead deer. We had smelled it for weeks but didn’t see where it was till quite by accident this past Thursday. Caleb was the young man that did the job of getting the deer’s leg untangled from the chain link, bagging up the remains and sanitizing the area. Thank you and I’m sure my neighbors thank you now that the smell will be gone.
