I wish I would have accompanied my mother to her appointment with Dr. Eisenmann so that I could have advocated for her. I had hoped she would receive the compassionate care and guidance that every patient deserves. Unfortunately, her experience was profoundly disappointing, leaving her feeling upset and neglected. This was my first colonoscopy. I like some was a bit nervous . In the waiting area , I changed into a gown and was quickly prepped . I was counting down the minutes to get my screening . Finally I was wheeled into the OR with a big monitor on my left and a long scope to my right . Dr Eisenman came in asked me what music I wanted to hear , he played Pink Floyd to my liking .
