The other reviews are correct - terrible bed side manners and condescending. Expects normal human beings to know all the medical terminology and gives an attitude when you don’t. Kept asking if mom did what he told us to the last time we saw him - this was our first time seeing him. Rolled his eyes when my mom questioned if she had blockage in her ears that led to tinnitus. Dr.Wardlow is an excellent doctor. The medications he has prescribed for me have helped me tremendously. He is attentive and cares about your well being. .
I can't say enough positive things about my experience and my procedure, from my first encounter with Dr. Wardlow how he took the time to explain what was going on with me vocal cords and the polyps, onto his staff, clearing everything with my insurance to setting the surgery, 1st rate , to my surgery at Hinsdale went great, again Dr.Wardlow was straight up,
He doesn’t remember anything so he repeats the same procedure as we did a few months ago and gives me the same speech even though we were there to discuss surgery options. He also changes his theory each time on why I’m experiencing the symptoms. First it was an inner nasal collapse, then a deviated septum, then allergies, and now it’s acid reflux. Dude…I cannot breathe out of my nose and have a chronic cough. I’ve had it for 12 years. You mean to tell me the only surgery is an out of pocket procedure not covered by insuranc... read more
Was rushing through and mentioned in portal that patient took hrs asking same question but he hardly spoke with her and kept rushing out and was not able to speak with her properly I think it was the worse experience ever!!! We immediately switched to a friendlier more empathetic doctor who actually spent time and not lying about it on the portal.
