I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. J. Smith and his entire staff! Dr. Smith is incredibly talented, but what I appreciate most is his commitment to keeping his patients looking natural. I have never left a negative review, but I feel people should know about my experience. I was charged $500 for a missed appointment, which I found completely unreasonable and far beyond what I'd ever expect. Life happens, we had family in from across the country, an appt made 4 months prior, and a fee of that size was excessive for no service whatsoever, it was thought to be $100. I love Dr. Smith and his staff. He does great work. Dr. Smith and his staff have a great bedside manner. Bailey is a great esthetician, a definite bonus to the clinic.
