as far as medical its ok but social workers are lazy just colecting a pay check people. they do not call back or keep checking on the status of people. as far as socilwork goes get a lawer if you want service.
Horrible medical care. If you want to die go to the VA.
Good Emergency Room and great Turkey Sandwiches
Needs to have more programs on the weekends
more worried about cost they can pass out on Medicare than they are about their patients
Friendly staff bit parking sucks although you get validated and reimbursed for your travel
The untimely respond to veterans that are in pain and need treatment NOW! U hv to wait 2 1/2 months for an appointment for PAIN THAT U HAVE NOW!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!! Awful treatment to veterans!!!! Awful!!!!!!!!!
This place is by far the worst place and the worst VA system I've experienced. They have clinics in the city but they don't do that much you basically have to go to Jesse Brown for any type of specialist, including mental health. I have to cut major chunks out of my day to commute here, and I live in North Center(not that far). Everything about this VA system is a major inconvenience.
