I asked them to repair my electric car window. The charged an inspection fee, then called me and told me $279 to replace window motor. I agreed to the work. Then they called me back and said bad news, the clips are broken and the only way to get clips is to buy a new car window for $200 - its going to cost $479. Did not sound right.
