The transmission on my truck stopped working on my way home from work yesterday. I managed to make it to Jesse Britts about 4:45pm and asked to have my truck repaired. I was told that they would not touch my truck because it had over 100,000 miles on it. My truck is a 2016 Chev Silverado. I guess they only want to work on transmissions that need repair at 20,000 miles. Poor customer service.

Hello, I have wrote a negative review about Jesse Britt’s Automotive and the owner himself, Mr. Britt, has contacted me and he was appalled about how my situation was handled. After meeting with Mr. Britt, I can assure you that this man is a man of his word and puts his client above any dollar amount. Not only did he do everything in his power to fix the situation but took the time, in the middle of a storm, to look me in the eyes, shook my hand, and made it good. Went to dealer's service dept and they suggested 4 repairs with a high price list. Took 2011 Tucson to Jesse Britt and they fixed the 1 thing that needed to be done from the list of 4 and the price was reasonable. Will come back for next needed repair or upkeep.

I liked them at first they where nice and to the point but that changes if you start having a problem with them they avoid you like the plague. I took my car in several times. They where not sure what was wrong with it finally they decided it was the transmission. I did not have money to get a new car so I went a head and agreed to get it changed 1500.00 latter I picked it up it was doing the same thing it was doing before we changed the transmission. I'm a repeat customer of Jesse Britt's automotive. Indicating the following of customers that they have, they are always busy, always courteous, and never fail to go above and beyond in taking care of my family's vehicles. It was a pleasure to introduce them to my teenage son. Knowing the pride that my son has in his new vehicle he wouldn't trust just anyone. I told him he can trust these people with his car.
