We just sold my condo in a building from the 80's that is self managed and honestly doesnt have many standard documents. Jesse spent the time to work with the board and the buyers mortgage broker to get everything that was needed in a very, well icky, situation. There were 3 almost closes and each time he personally went and got the smoke certs done. In a very unique and trying sale he went above and beyond to make it happen

Jessie has been extremely patient and diligent in helping us find the right property. We have been working with him long distance and attending some open houses by FaceTime. That takes a special type of dedication to service, especially when our criteria changed several times in this fluctuating market. We give Jessie 5 stars for his exceptional, beyond “just business” help in finding our property.

Jesse has been invaluable for the few years that I've known him. Always available to talk and show up at open houses when needed. He accompanied me to my walkthrough the day before the purchase and came with me to the closing with the lawyer. Undoubtedly the best realtor that I've ever worked with!

Jesse is an amazing realtor! Early on in our search for a new home, we were interested in a contemporary. Jesse went all out locating such properties. Ultimately we purchased a fantastic home that checked all of the major boxes. Jesse was amazing from day one to the last day! His communication couldn’t have better. There were some intricacies to our sale, but he was right there the entire time keeping us in the loop. We highly recommend him!
