Been with jess for 25 years and two owners and they have always treated me and my wife with extreme kindness and respect. They explain everything very clearly.
Iv worked with jess's on a number of occasions. they are always helpful, even to the point of giving me rides to places when my car is being repaired, and are fairly prices. they have always kept me informed on whats going on with my vehicle, explain why i need the service, the price is fair, a lot cheaper then any dealership and they stand behind the work, i did have an issue with service once that wasnt at par. but once they where aware of it they quickly redid the service at no cost. A+
Do Not Count On Them. Terrible service experience. Expect to take your vehicle in more than once if you take it to Jess's. They do not stand behind their workmanship either so you will be expected to pay again and again. Trust me, save your money and take your vehicle somewhere that gets it right the first time.
