Updating to add how remarkable the diagnostic side is! I fell & fractured my elbow. They were quick to get me in, do xrays, and to even see the ortho. He's only in on Mondays so that was perfect timing. Much, much better than going to an ER!!! I'm not sure why the rating is so low. The staff are always extremely friendly, they always get me in on same day & give me the most honest, real opinions about my health unlike some doctors at my primary location. Sure you may have to wait at times but I get that anywhere.

I've been going here for about 3 years. My overall opinion of the facility is very good. First of all it's easy to reach a person on the phone. This is rare nowadays. The staff are professional and polite, both on the phone and in person. I have been seen by several of the doctors and nurses on staff and I have no complaints. Jessamine medical and diagnostic center is a great healthcare asset for Nicholasville.
Got an appointment by phone for 20 minutes later on the same day. The check-in staff was polite and professional. I was called in by a nurse 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. The PA who met me after the test results came in (about 15 minutes) gave what now seems to be an accurate diagnosis and suggested next steps. Everyone was great! I don’t like being sick, but knowing that it’s not a lot of worse things is a burden removed. 5 stars.
