Very rude receptionist! Very unprofessional and acted if we were such a bother to even call her to request an appointment.
Dr Andrew Usury is awesome. Ive never had any trouble with Jessamine Medical. They have good people working there. I highly recommend!!
The staff on site was wonderful. However, I called billing before going to see how much I would be chaged for a visit as self pay. I was told I had to pay $170 deposit to be seen. The strep test would cost $150, which would come out of the deposit, and I would receive a $20 credit on my account. However, I was sent a bill stating the cost of my visit was $276. had a good appointment, i needed a follow up because they diagnosed me with a heart condition. i tried many times to ask questions about medications and to find more about my condition, and no response. its been 1 month since the diagnosis ( they just sent the results and didn’t have an explanation or follow up appointment) and its been weeks with no response.
Said my daughter had not be there over two years and that a lie. See her in May of this year's. And yesterday July 30 th 2024. Be going there since she was two weeks old. They throw her away like trash..
