Nicholasville child support office held hearings without either parent being informed and both parents were not residents in Kentucky. I called several times just to be told that they could do whatever they wanted. They also never went through the non custodial parents state and then illegally changed names on the legal documents. My child and I suffered greatly because of this and because they continued to let government benefits be given out in my name and my child it left us homeless several times
