I have used Jess Howard for 30 years for both home and business and they always go above and beyond!! I recently had a friend say she had problems at her house and called out a company and they told her that the entire panel in her house needed replacement. I told her to call Jess Howard and it turned out being a bad outdoor outlet and they had the inexpensive problem fixed quickly. Needless to say she was thrilled!!!!

We had problems with an outdoor outlet, and couldn't get it to work - it also effected 2 outlets inside the house. Naimo Coniz was our technician and he knew exactly what to do and took care of it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to have in our home! Thanks so much! I'm so thankful to have our problem solved so quickly!! The problem was solved and the basic service fee was all it cost!!
