Jess was very detailed in her work. I love that she takes her time when she does my hair. Having darker hair, my hair tends to break when I lighten it, I didn’t notice any breakage at all. She knows about the products she uses on your hair and takes the time to explain why she’s using what she’s using. I loved how my hair turned out- and I can’t thank Jess and her assistant enough for taking well good care of me. She has really gone above and beyond for me to make sure I leave her chair super satisfied! 🤍
