Hands down the best bakery in the area, maybe the entire state! Every bakery claims to he artisanal but Jess Bakeshop is actually the real deal. Everything I've had has been amazing: sourdough loaves, sandwiches (especially the buffalo chicken), sourdough focaccia, sourdough cinnamon rolls and the ube sourdough buns. I genuinely support local businesses and love what Jess is doing—their innovative pastries and warm customer service are exactly what makes a neighborhood worth investing in. The pastries are delicious and unique for the area, reminiscent of the best Asian-owned bakeries in NYC. But here's the struggle: their service flow doesn't match the concept. First time here and was so impressed wanted to leave a review! Iced honey matcha I ordered was incredible, I actually wish I got a bigger size. Workers were so kind and service was fast!
