This individual does not communicate with his customers I have kept eyes on his work and he just sits in his office and just simply leave the hood open to make it look as if he is working on it trying to collect state money by sitting on his hands
Do not use this shop for Smog Inspections. They are dishonest. We have an OEM catalytic converter, and he told us it was an aftermarket non-compliant one for California. Luckily, we didn't take him at his word.
