Stuffy and small room. You feel suffocated in here. Bin had rubbish and towels were placed in the sink. Worst stay for me so far. Bed was a sofa bed with leather peeling off.
Booked a studio with spa. I think they were upgrading us, to 1 br with spa, but that spa is a single tub, vs the corner spa that I booked. Which I appreciate. When we contacted them, they happily moved us to a room with a corner spa. Fabulous! The rooms are nice, tiled throughout, modern and comfy. The down side of the tiles is how SLIPPERY they are, like really really almost fell repeatedly. The tiniest moisture was enough to make it a fun ride lol. Travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane with 16 & 14 years old and a small dog, we stayed one night and we were all happy with everything. Would recommend it to anyone definitely 💯
Stayed here while working in newcastle. Great air conditioning in summer spacious rooms with smart TV’s. Highly recommend them.
!!!!!!!!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! When we arrived to our room (myself and my partner) we found hair everywhere, cockroaches on every surface - including INSIDE THE MICROWAVE, and under all the couch cushions - and the room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it for a month, and no matter what we did the smell did not dissipate.
