I had been coming to this salon for probably more than ten years. The service is great. The price is affordable. The hairstylist is kind-hearted and has a cheeky personality. Most of the time, I had been satisfied. I'm very picky with my hair. I have been since I was a teenager. Great lady and great service.
Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The owner prioritized profits over customer well-being and safety. They disregarded Work Safe BC protocols and didn't take adequate measures to protect my hair and scalp from chemical damage, leading to irritation and burns. Furthermore, they lacked proper equipment, such as a steamer and hair cover, and instead used a makeshift solution that caused discomfort. They charge the standard rate and yet service is terrible. Not recommended to all
I have a new go-to salon! Very reasonable price, super friendly owner with 19 years of experience. Left the salon feeling satisfied. Will bring my family here moving forward.
