I gotta leave a good review for these guys. I was on vacation about eight hours from home, and I purchased a used but in great condition jet ski. Unfortunately, the aftermarket plug that came with. It fell out while it was being written and the engine compartment flooded. Called to schedule a service on my 2007 can am 650…said was too old to work on…lol. Asked if they could at least plug into the computer and clear the maintenance message…”no, our software doesn’t go back that far”. What a joke, for a Can Am dealer. This is precisely why I bought this machine new at Dream Marine in Libby, Mt (not to mention saving $1,000 on the purchase price!)

Thanks to Tim and the service department for fixing my boat. The success of my daughters graduation trip hinged on my boat getting fixed in time and JESCO delivered!!

Have 80 miles on a new ranger. Service said it was all covered under warranty. When I picked it up they hit me with a 200 dollar diagnosis fee to do an upgrade. Lovely. What is a warranty for.?

I really like this store and parts department is good. Service writer won't even call you back. Called and talked to him two different times and he said he'd call me back both times. Update gave it one more try.. got to hold a service writer and he told me he would call me back with an answer..... Same story no call back.
