I really like this store and parts department is good. Service writer won't even call you back. Called and talked to him two different times and he said he'd call me back both times. Update gave it one more try.. got to hold a service writer and he told me he would call me back with an answer..... Same story no call back.

Don’t buy a used boat from them unless you drive it. We bought one in February of this year, salesman told us he had other buyers so we felt a little pressure to buy. Put a deposit down with contingency of still not buying the boat. We drive from Washington state to Kalispell to look at the boat. They wouldn’t winterize the boat to run it for us. They had the boat in the back corner of shop, it was dark and we couldn’t see all the dock rash and scratches on the boat. They did give us service records for the boat and we felt ... read more
