Purchased a Sea Doo Spark Trixx last week and the entire process from inquiring to picking up the unit was seamless and extremely satisfying. Their customer service was above and beyond expectations - kudos to Miranda and Andy!! Highly recommend!!
Being welcoming and kind is not something these guys know how to do. They act like you are an inconvenience every time you go in. One time I was on hold for the entire time it took to drive from whitefish to there. When I pulled in I was still on hold and walked in the door and there was not a single customer in the store. The employees were just standing around shooting the shit. It's a real shame they are the only Skidoo dealer in the valley. If they weren't I would go anywhere else. They also rarely have the parts I need.... read more
