On Thursday, May 28, around 1 p.m. I had a problem in your store and I received a terrible and even aggressive treatment from one of your workers, to be more exact, the one who is sitting near the wall, it was all due to the mere fact that I was on a call that I was listening to everything this guy told me, in the end I had to leave the store since for a moment I felt threatened. If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. The parts manager is a real piece of work. He's a real tough guy behind the phone. I will never do business with this branch.
