Very good care provided. Very loving and professional. My uncle grew to love the carers and were good friends. Couldn’t recommend more. One carer in particular was very good with my uncle. They made sure he was happy until the end of the service.
I can't praise Jescare highly enough. The team cared for our father at home for over 18 months providing the highest level care four times a day. They were professional and caring at every moment right up until his peaceful death at home. They got to know him well and were able to give very personalised care with patience and good humour. They also gave wonderful support to our mother. I would strongly recommend this care agency.
Words can’t express my gratitude to this outstanding group of caring people. They looked after my dad for a couple of years as he became increasingly unwell and confused. Each and every one of them treated him with dignity, respect and love. A wonderful team - would recommend them to anyone.
We found this company superb. It was a late call up for a kind woman who was deteriorating quite rapidly. JES were positive and insightful in their analysis and proposals. Their staff were punctual, friendly and polite. They made our aunt feel better even when things were going badly and they gave us timely and appropriate advice when it was time to move her on.
