The rental started out a blessing but then I had a flat tire on the weekend. There was no spare tire in trunk. I tried calling the office and no one answered. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and someome changed the tire and couldnt fix the covering underneath the car. The owner said bring the car back Monday. I brought the car and he kept my deposit and and gave me half of the tow back. He said it was my fault and he shouldn't have given me nothing.
I recently had to rent a vehicle last minute. It was a very east process even tho vehicles are not brand new they were reliable. Process was very easy no hassles at all. Valid ID and cash in hand had me rolling. They offer discounts for rentals 3 to 7 days. Simple short and sweet. Thanks JES Auto Sales & Rentals
