Great service the team at JBSUP easily arranged for us to head out on some SUP boards. Making for a great afternoon. Would recommend.
The worst experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The worst experience. We arrived at the shop at 8:20 our booking time was 8:30. The instructor just left and didn't come back. We were waiting for 45 minutes and no one could contact him. A disrespect with the customers!
My partner and I had an 8:30am booking for kayaking whist on holiday. We arrived at 8:20pm and waiting till 9:15 and just left as no one was there to accept our booking. Complete incompetence from these people who clearly don’t know the first thing about customer service and wasting peoples valuable time while on holidays.
