New to yoga, not sure what it is all about? Jerusha's wealth of knowledge and experience; along with her sincerity and kindness will lead you to a life of clear mind, health, and validity! She will be able to take you to levels of yoga you would never think you could do. I'm 60 years old, I respect Jerusha and enjoy her companionship.

Jerusha brought an amazing energy to speak to members of our studio, Harmony Health, on Ayurveda. She was very knowledgeable and you could tell that she believes in what she is teaching on. We had a great period of discussing topic material, followed by movement and a yoga asana, and at the end we shared food and community. I highly recommend Jerusha to anyone looking to learn more about how to take control of their own health and happiness. Namaste, Catie

Jerusha is totally devoted to the wellness of others. She offers a variety of health and healing services. She has something for everyone, whether you want yoga classes, massage therapy, weight loss or wellness products. I love the restorative classes to help stretch, relax and rest the mind.
