i recently lost my mother and needed to arrange her funeral quickly. I contacted Jerusalem memorial Chapels on New Years Eve and Adam Novack (the Funeral Director) quickly responded to me. I met with him on New Years day and he took care of all the arrangements. He was compassionate and sensitive to my loss and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. He went above and beyond our expectations and came to the cemetery to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them.
