Definitely not a place for the elderly. Drug deals daily, st.louis over flow of street dwellers have taken over. Doesn't look like a clean community. Glad we have moved out of jerseyville, jerseyville is going down hill badly.
My daughter and her mom lives there and I think it's a quiet Surroundings and they keep the yards know they cleaned up really good and the Housing is amazing I wouldn't mind staying there
