This was my first time going to JD, and I have to say he did an amazing job on my locs. I went from barely having a full head of locs to having a full, refreshed look. He (JD) canceled my daughter’s appointment for July 23, 2026 & August 26, 2026 because she communicated a few attached locs came out a few weeks later after getting her locs reattached/re-twisted. She was only bringing it to his awareness. What type of customer service or being open to hearing a person’s feedback does that show?
