I've had such disappointing experiences with this practice. The office is extremely disorganized, and the front desk staff were unhelpful and often ignored concerns rather than addressing them. Communication was poor and follow-up was frustrating. I saw two nurse practitioners during my visits, and both were dismissive and rude. I did not feel heard or respected. Extremely rigid and unfair administrative practices. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. At 4:14 PM, I called the office to inform them that I was on my way but stuck in traffic. The staff member I spoke with, Maria, informed me of the 15-minute grace period and the $50 no-show fee. I told her I would call back once I knew for sure whether I could make it in time. It’s not worth the headache of booking appointments. When you call, they tell you you’ll see a doctor, but in reality, you end up being seen by a nurse. The wait is always very long, whether in the waiting room or in the consultation room. I’ve been here several times, and it’s always the same frustrating experience very long wait time.
