Dr. Hou is great. I am not happy with the wait, though. I am an older woman. I went in with a full bladder to get an ultrasound and was waiting a long time. The tech came out and ignored me. She then called a woman that came in after me. I asked her if she acknowledged me. She said yes but proceeded to bring the other woman in the room. I asked how I would get my test results. She told me to make an appointment with the doctor. Annoying that they can't call patients with results.
Dr. Hou likes to say she’s knowledgeable simply because she reads books when she’s not at all. I’ve been going in and out of this place for a year and she was the first doctor i ever saw here. Every time i see her there is always a lack of care and she stated i don’t have PCOS when i was already diagnosed and had the symptoms and lab work to prove it. Dr. Ramirez gets to the point and Dr. Iparraguirre is sweet and is not dismissive of patient needs. The wait time is average to be 1.5 hours whenever i come into this office an... read more
