I called for a second opinion about an issue with my A/C.and the problem that I was told it had.I was given a quote that was almost half of what the first quote was. They were also able to get me in the same day for service. Michael provided Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I will definitely give them my business for any car problems that I may have in the future.

Jersey village automotive was diligent in sourcing parts and ensuring the vehicle was operating well by performing multiple test drives. They are very dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend using them for your vehicle maintenance.

I believe this to be the best auto shop in Houston. Fair prices, excellent service, can handle everything from an oil change or inspection to replacing motor and transmission. They communicate well. They do nothing without explicit permission. They’re all around good people. Highly recommended. If you’re within an hour or two of the location you shouldn’t take your vehicle anywhere else.
Very affordable , reliable , honest and understanding. Kind hearted and genuine upfront and they do not over speak or upsale but recommend what needs to be done for the proper maintenance of the vehicle ! Hence why they’ve been in business so long !
