The building was slightly confusing but manageable. Once I got to the correct office the front desk was very helpful and I was seen relatively quick. Dr. Jankowski was very nice and answered all my questions and provided great information.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THIS PRACTICE. You will be passed around from doctor to doctor. Two doctors were solid, the others were not. Some act in good practice, others fail to read the notes from previous appointments and prescribe bad medicine in full confidence of their poor practice. What is worse is the office staff and back office administration at Jersey Urology. Completely inept and will send you on a merry go round of mismanagement and wrong information. I'd leave 0 stars if that was the option. I was told I couldn't be 5 minutes late for the appointment or we couldn't be seen. I arrived with my wheelchair-bound 90 year old mother 20 minutes EARLY. The PA, Megan, hadn't even arrived at the office yet. My mom was Megan's first appointment - 9AM. At 9:20, we were given the excuse that Megan was coming to Sewell from Mays Landing and she hit traffic. She finally walked into the exam room at 9:45.
